So apparently I weigh 149?

I don’t trust my scale.

Vroom, vroom, let’s go!

I walk into the kitchen this morning and greet my dad with a ‘good morning’ as he messes around the counter putting together his breakfast. He turns, smiles at me, and says enthusiastically,”Don’t eat too much” before turning back to his plate.

My appetite, instantly destroyed. The tea I then made was difficult for me to drink after that nonchalant comment. Smooth, dad, real smooth. Now I’ll be looking at food with uncertainty all day.

Ugh. I hate this. I just want to curl up and cry.

I went for a jog today for the first time in months. Lord, it felt so good. I feel so good! I ran about a mile and the hills killed me, but I did my best and I’m not upset that I ended up slowling to a walk as I ascended the steep incline. I’m just glad I completed the whole thing.

My lungs have this lingering warmth from the burn of pushing my cardiovascular system and they feel so clear and… airy. Ha!

Now some yoga too cool down. It’s raining outside, the sound makes a perfect background noise for a calming yoga session. :)
